When you fill or transfer your prescriptions to us, we work closely with your physician and medical personnel to ensure a seamless transition. We review all your medications for potential interactions. We can also provide an automatic refill service.
We Know Our Patients by Name
Plainville Community Pharmacy is a true family owned and operated pharmacy. Some things can't be delivered effectively through big-box stores or mail order operations. Medication is probably the best example of that.

Plainville Community Pharmacy and Owner/Pharmacist Suruchi Patel gave an informative presentation recently at the AARP gathering. Since February is Heart Health month, the presentation dealt with heart disease, hypertension, stroke factors, and hypogylcemia with a great question and answer session.
